Teambuilding - Have Fun~

I have teambuilding at PSDC 8.30am this morning which I never joint before.

When the instructor ask what is the purpose for we are here. There are few of funny answer given by us, and the instructor questioning us (in red).

1) “Paksa”rela – Which mean force by company?
2) Meet people – Why don’t go QB to meet people?
3) Learning
4) Have Fun
5) Nothing to do.

I only get to familiar with my company’s value & beliefs after today’s teambuilding. (shame)
From this course I know that Vietnam’s labor cost are very cheap, (eg their engineer's salary is RM600.00 per month.) What you learn from this? Yup… is Risk Management. Most of the MNC company will decide to relocated their factory to such a countries. Needless to said, you will foresee what will happen in our country if we still don’t want to improve ourselves.

From the Ice Breaker games, we need to get information from other people as many as you can within a given time flame. There is only 1 person who can get 20 person’s information within the time flame. He share his knowledge of been initiative and get alternative way to get job done.

For those who get information for less than 14 need to have “cat walk”.

Although we all are very tired after finished the whole course, but we all have fun and learn a lot from that.

The instructors show us all the photos they taken for us when playing all those games before leaving around 5pm. It was quite funny but fun when saw our funny action and look during this tired but fun day from slide show!

P/S: will download from one of my colleague pen drive on Monday because I only able to take photo for 2nd half which missed the Ice Breaker, Human Spider Web, Warm up & Long Rope.
