为什么要说对不起？

昨天在要下班四点多时，从厕所回office的路上，经过canteen时，我看到了一个令我很吃惊的情景，我看到那oven开着，里面有两盒装着饭的plastic盒（公司provide给Low Cost worker的饭,盒），让我 感到恐惧的是，那两个所谓的饭盒，因经过高度的热量而成了畸型。在那儿附近坐着五六位清洁工人，大多是外劳。我怀疑我眼花看错，因不敢相信竟有人会放plastic盒去oven. 我还倒回头去看，他们也感到不安，其中一位连忙问同伴是谁的饭？
我在回office的途中，一直在考虑要不要叫他们不要吃那饭。在回到坐位时，我觉得很不安，跟身边的同事说，想叫他们别吃，她同意我的看法。我就赶紧回到canteen，看到其中一位外劳在从那畸型饭盒里挖出饭，我管不了他们异样的眼神，连忙走上前告诉他，别吃那饭，因会致癌。他用很迷惘的眼神看着我。这时，我在他的同伴的口中听到了一个更让我吃惊的话，“SORRY”, 我简直不敢相信我的耳朵，我连忙说不用对不起，只是要他知道PLASTIC是不可放进OVEN 的。
在回OFFICE时我心里一直在想为甚么要说对不起？如果要说的话，也是对不起自已吧！难道外劳就没有自尊吗？为甚么总要把“SORRY”放在嘴边？这是我的脑海中又浮出了另一个问题，他还会吃那饭吗？不吃的话哪岂不是要挨饿了?
回到座位时看到同事在吃饼干，我跟她说出我的疑问，她说不然请他吃饼，我想到我有一排还没开过的饼干。拿着它我又回到Canteen, 我看到刚才的桌上已没人，看到他正在喝水/洗嘴，心想，该不会已吃完了吧？就问他们，幸好他说扔了。我很高兴的为那饼干找到了新主人。
我要感谢我的同事，因为她让我做了一件让我不会感到不心安的事。希望下次我不会用这么长的时间考虑要不要做一件让自己感到心安的事。

Compounding the horror for survivors, a lake rising behind the wall of debris threatens to break its banks and send torrents cascading into villages downstream.
Pannicky residents streamed out of the entire county on the northern edge of the quake zone, spurred on by mobile phone text messages sent en masse by local government officials warning that the water level was rising and people downstream were being evacuated.

really feel proud as a staff of my company. My company recently got loss making but still encourage staffs to donate by paying the same amout to match it.

As per my understanging, some of the MNC companies even didn't ask thier staff to donate.... :(

什么才是在这短暂的世间想要留住的永恒?

前些日子在一位网友的blog 上留言，
提到了“什么才是在这短暂的世间想要留住的永恒？”
有谁会真正的思考过这问题呢？
爱情？友情？家人？
还是权力，地位 ，财富？
这些都能永恒吗？
一次风灾，一个地震，一切化为虚无，
在想，在闭上双眼的最后一刻，
什么会是刹那的永恒呢？
银行户口的数目？
有多少人被你操纵过？
如果是的话，那未免太可悲了，
在吐出最后一口气时，
如想到多少人会为自己伤心难过，
那样才不往此生吧？
在想，
最重要的是，
开心认真的过每一天，帮助有能力帮到的人。
问心无愧！

礼物

今早妈一看到我就说换改天才庆祝母亲节，
因姐生病了，况且妹在吉隆坡还没赶得及回来。
妈说等下次一起才去。
在每个父母的眼中，几时吃和吃些什么都是次要吧？
他们最想要的是一家人开开心心的一起共餐与聊聊天。
反正不是要等到父母亲节才可以孝敬他们的吧？
只要开心的话，
每天都是父/母亲节 （哈！套用了每天都是情人节的句子）

曾几何时是我们全部，但随着逐渐长大而渐渐离她而去的妈妈呢？

Teambuilding - Have Fun~

I have teambuilding at PSDC 8.30am this morning which I never joint before.

When the instructor ask what is the purpose for we are here. There are few of funny answer given by us, and the instructor questioning us (in red).

1) “Paksa”rela – Which mean force by company?
2) Meet people – Why don’t go QB to meet people?
3) Learning
4) Have Fun
5) Nothing to do.

I only get to familiar with my company’s value & beliefs after today’s teambuilding. (shame)
From this course I know that Vietnam’s labor cost are very cheap, (eg their engineer's salary is RM600.00 per month.) What you learn from this? Yup… is Risk Management. Most of the MNC company will decide to relocated their factory to such a countries. Needless to said, you will foresee what will happen in our country if we still don’t want to improve ourselves.

From the Ice Breaker games, we need to get information from other people as many as you can within a given time flame. There is only 1 person who can get 20 person’s information within the time flame. He share his knowledge of been initiative and get alternative way to get job done.

For those who get information for less than 14 need to have “cat walk”.

Although we all are very tired after finished the whole course, but we all have fun and learn a lot from that.

The instructors show us all the photos they taken for us when playing all those games before leaving around 5pm. It was quite funny but fun when saw our funny action and look during this tired but fun day from slide show!

P/S: will download from one of my colleague pen drive on Monday because I only able to take photo for 2nd half which missed the Ice Breaker, Human Spider Web, Warm up & Long Rope.

舒适的时刻

在这样的大热天作什么最好呢？

要下雨又下不了的天气真的很闷热去Facial 是个不错的选择吧？这是我第二次来的美容院，是住家式的美容院，服务不错，价钱又公道，看到老板娘的车吗？由此可见，生意真还不赖，听说还买地......

在那儿享受了两小时，先是洗脸，steam, 然后是她“吹毛求疵”而我是“痛哭流涕”的挤与按的可怕时刻。舒适的按摩由脸部，到肩膀，前胸，手臂与背部。(等等，别想歪了，这绝对是正当的美容院，男性顾客只限于认识的人介绍。) 修眉还有敷面模。面模是黑色的，拍了张超可怕的不敢在这献丑。 :P

在舒适的音乐中睡了两小时，你猜猜多少钱？:)

Another Sick Day

Today is another rest day for me. I go see panel doctor which nearby my house at 6.45am. Since I’m the 1st patient there, I saw the receptionist go inside a room to wake up the doctor. I think he is the 1st and ever “special” doctor I never see before. Not because of his outlook. U knows what I seeing when I open the door? What a super “sleepy face” doctor. Maybe due to just wake up from dream, all his eyes, nose, and mouth is lump together, really a funny look you know? Does u know what the 1st words I ask him are? Are you Chinese? What a funny conversation right? Because I don’t know what language should I use since I really can’t judge from his funny face and he really not look like Chinese.
I entitle to get MC due to flu and sore throat. The other funny thing is, he give me 2 medicines for sore throat, 1 antibiotic and 1 medicine for skin. But he forgets to give me anything for flu. Omg, really didn’t wake up yet.

Labour Day = Rest Day?

Labour Day need to rest right?

Today really is a good day for me to rest. I sleep almost whole day from midnight 00.30am until 2pm today, because feel not well. I wake up many times to drink water and go toilet due to I have a sore throat.

At 1st I insist don’t want to take any medicine, but I really can’t insist until the end, because I had a headache due to sore throat. I wake up at 10am to take some Milo and bread before take Panadol and back to my lovely bed again. :(

I missed 3 call at 1.55pm from a friend who want ask me for lunch. I wake at 2pm and miss it just 5 minutes late. When want return the call, I realize that my hand phone no more credit after deduct the monthly subscription for songs. Really a bad day for me!!!

Tomorrow will be better right? Since the entire bad thing already happen today! :)
